Best Mother's Day ever (aka How to make me cry...)
My sons greeted me this morning with hand-made Mother’s Day cards filled cute drawings. mmm...cupcakes
Julie inspired me to make these rainbow cupcakes, which didn’t turn out nearly as fabulously florescent as hers . I’ll be getting the good food coloring next time. Cool color effect aside, this is hands down the best adaptation of cake mix for cupcakes EVER. I’ll never make ‘em the way the box says again - her recipe results in yummy, rich, moist and not-too-sweet...
